FCC Scolds Comcast – finally
Posted by inkgirls on Aug 4, 2008 in Good things, What makes good news
Wow- in a surprise and very welcoming turn of events, Wireless Week reported that the FCC scolded Comcast publicaly which is good news for Americans’s communications rights. Stating again that by interrupting and slowing access to the BitTorrent file-sharing system, they unduly interfered with and should be punished for secretly impacting which Internet applications work through its cable modems. Wow. Score one for the FCC and its child-leader and FCC Chairman, Kevin Martin. Actually it as everyone at the FCC – so take that Comcast. Thanks FCC.
