Great IPTV story out of the Phillippines

Ericsson says that because of the “healthy interests” in the region that IPTV will be kicking it in two years reports ZDNet Asia. Ericsson believes that unlike Web TV and video streaming, IPTV promises more bandwidth and dedicated Internet pipelines to ensure better broadcast quality and provide on-demand TV services. Note that the Philippines was the one of the FIRST countries to deploy Mobile TV commercially.
